The PT100 temperature sensor retrieves the mixing chamber temperature and it is suitable for DABS produced from October 2021 onwards.

Mounting: The tip of the sensor can be inserted in the designated hole in the bowl, or fixed on the cooling block (pay attention to inserting deep enough). Please refer to the user manual on how to proceed.
