Clutch Half Motor ( B )
This clutch half is foreseen to be used on the motor shaft from DABS (Oil Absorption device).
The clutch half is interface the drive motor shaft to the compatible clutch-half on mixing chamber drive axis.
The clutch connecting rubber is placed between both clutch halves.
Consist of half a clutch DIN EN ISO 13849 with a bore of d=19 mm.
It is fixed to the appropriate axis by clamping with the help of a screw M6x16 mm.
Mounting
Align the clutch on the drive motor shaft so that its inside is approximately 2 mm from the edge of the motor shaft end.
Firmly tighten the M6x16 screw to avoid slippage of the clutch at maximum torque.
It connects to the appropriate clutch half on the mixing chamber drive axis by means of a clutch connection rubber block.
