Clutch Half Mixing Chamber ( B )
This clutch half is foreseen to be used on mixing chamber shaft from DABS (Oil Absorption device).
The clutch half is interface the mixing chamber shaft to the compatible clutch-half on the drive motor shaft.
The clutch connecting rubber is placed between both clutch halves.
It consist of half a clutch half with a bore of d=9.53 mm (3/8″).
It is fixed to the appropriate axel by clamping with the help of a screw M6x20 mm.
Mounting
Align the clutch on the mixing chamber shaft so that its inside is approximately 1 mm from the edge of the mixing chamber shaft.
Slightly tighten the M6x20 screw to hold the clutch half onto the mixing chamber shaft, then without the clutch connecting rubber in place, check if the distance between the two clutch halves is about 2 mm.
If it is not the case, adjust the position of this clutch half. Both clutch halves should never be in contact.
At the end, firmly (very strongly) tighten the M6x20 screw to avoid slippage of the clutch half on mixing chamber shaft at maximum torque.
