Clutch half mixing chamber

This clutch half is foreseen to be used on HITEC Luxembourg DABS, to interface the mixing chamber drive axel to the drive motor. It connects to the appropriate clutch half on the motor side by means of a clutch connection rubber block. It consist of half a clutch half with a bore of d=9.53 mm (3/8″). It is fixed to the appropriate axel by clamping with the help of a screw M6x20 mm.

Mounting

Align the clutch on the mixing chamber axel such that the axel is slightly (approx. 1 mm) deeper than the clutch surface. Firmly tighten the M6x20 screw to avoid slippage of the clutch at maximum torque.
