Lower Counter Wheel Assembly (B)
The “Counter Wheel Assembly” serves to adjust the tension on the timing belt which drives the linear guide carriage up and down.
Mounting
Remove the dammaged "Counter Wheel Assembly".
Put the new "Lower Counter Wheel Assembly" in place with its bolt, thread the timing belt through, pull the "Lower Counter Wheel Assembly" down with your fingers or with the help of a small tool to set the timing belt in tension and then then tighten the bolt.
The timing belt tension must be sufficient to keep it taut and move the linear guide carriage.
