Strain Gauge 1 Kg (Incl. Preload) (C)
The “Strain Gauge” measures the load applied to the pellet.
The “Strain Gauge” is powered and managed by the internal PLC inside the electrical cabinet.
The delivery includes the preload already mounted and two spare mounting screws.
Note
This “Strain Gauge” is only for the latest version of the IPHT (IPHT-01).
The “Strain Gauge” might also be mentioned in general as “Load Cell”.
Recommendation
This “Strain Gauge” must be handle with care!
Mounting
The "Strain Gauge" is mounted on its support.
The device must be set power OFF, the left and back side covers must be opened to get access to the connecting cable.
Once the replacement is done, the load cell calibration procedure must be carried out, after switching ON the device and allowing it to warm up for a few minutes.
