Strain Gauge (A)
The “Strain Gauge” measures the load applied to the pellet.
The “Strain Gauge” is powered and managed by the “Strain Gauge Card”.
Note
The “Strain Gauge” might also be mentioned in general as “Load Cell”.
Mounting
The “Strain Gauge” is mechanically mounted on its support and both must be in alignment.
The cable connects to the "Strain Gauge Card" which is arranged inside the terminal box.
Once the "Pre-Load" is in place and lifted vertically, the "Strain Gauge" should not be in contact with any side of the preload.
