Weight support block (B)

The weight support block is useful when checking and adjusting the calibration and linearity of the load cell (torque calibration). It is part of the standard delivery items of the base unit, and it is suitable for DABS of the old generation (until 10-2021) and the new generation (from 11-2021).

Mounting

After the lever has been removed from the motor bearing, the load cell can freely be accessed. Place the weight support block on the load cell – center pin into appropriate hole on load cell. Place desired weight on support block – make sure weight is not touching load cell cover or any other surrounding parts or frame.
